Order preparation
After payment authorization succeeds, we normally prepare physical orders in 1–2 business days. Weekends, holidays, address review, and unusually high demand can affect this estimate.
Time with the carrier
Estimated transit is 4–6 business days after the parcel leaves our facility. Weather, carrier disruptions, and remote destinations may add time.
Tracking and address changes
When tracking is available, it is sent using the order contact details. Contact us promptly about address corrections; a dispatched parcel may no longer be editable.
Rates and destinations
Available services, destinations, charges, and any free-shipping offer appear at checkout for that order.
