These terms describe our return, exchange, and refund process.

What may be returned
We accept mailed returns of defective and non-defective new merchandise, and we accept exchange requests. A non-defective item must be new, unused, and in original condition with packaging, tags, and included accessories.
Request window
Ask for a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number and checkout email; for damage, defects, missing parts, or a wrong item, also provide clear photos or video.
Mailing the item
Return items by mail after authorization. A free prepaid return label is included in the package, and there is no restocking fee. Exchange fulfillment depends on stock.
Refund timing
After receipt, inspection, and approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Your rights
This policy does not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
